Winning Mega Millions ticket sold in Prince William Co.

WASHINGTON — A winning Mega Millions ticket was sold in Gainesville, Virginia. The $15 million jackpot will be split between two winners.

The ticket, bought at a 7-Eleven in Limeston Drive, was one of two nationwide that matched all six number in the July 22 drawing. The other ticket was bought in Georgia.

The winning numbers were 8-24-25-26-30 and the Mega Ball number 7.

This is Virginia’s ninth Mega Millions jackpot win.
