Four men, teenager charged with Prince William Co. gang rape

WASHINGTON — A woman was raped by four men and a teenager while she was incapacitated in Prince William County last month, according to information police released Thursday.

On Oct. 23, a 39-year-old Gainesville woman told police she was sexually assaulted in the 5300 block of Chaffins Farm Court in Haymarket. She was visiting people she knew at the residence when, at some point, she was incapacitated and then sexually assaulted.

The woman told police she woke up and went to the hospital where police were contacted.

Police identified the people involved, and arrested them.

Pedro Agustin Orozco Rotela, a 20-year-old of Bristow, was arrested Oct. 24.

Police arrested three others on Oct. 28: Mehran Salehzadeh, a 24-year-old of Manassas; Mohammed Hamza Al-Birmani, an 18-year-old of Haymarket; and a 17-year-old man of Haymarket.

On Nov. 4, police arrested Aras Beyzadeh, a 21-year-old of Fairfax.

All are charged with rape. Beyzadeh and Rotela are charged with aggravated sexual battery in addition to rape.

All suspects, excluding the juvenile, are being held without bond and have court dates set for Nov. 30. The juvenile is being held at the juvenile detention center with a pending court date.
