Fight that involved shooting leaves 4 injured in Fairfax Co.

WASHINGTON — A fight outside an Annandale, Virginia, home resulted in four injured people Tuesday night, and two of those people were shot, police said.

Fairfax County police responded to a report of a shooting around 5:16 p.m. in the 7500 block of Davian Drive where a fight had happened outside between people who knew each other.

Two women, ages 19 and 20, were shot, police said. They were taken to a hospital where their injuries were determined as non-fatal.

Another teenage girl was injured during the fight with non-life-threatening injuries. Another woman had a medical emergency, police said, but her condition was not fatal. They were also taken to a hospital.

Detectives say they’ve recovered the weapon they think was used and that there is no threat to public safety.
