Police arrest woman accused of groping man at D.C. gas station

WASHINGTON — Police have arrested a Las Vegas woman who was wanted in connection with a sexual abuse investigation.

Twenty-two-year-old Ayanna Marie Knight was arrested Tuesday and charged with third-degree sexual abuse. According to police, officers were notified of her location by an “observant pedestrian.”

Police say the arrest stems from an incident at the Shell gas station located at 1765 New York Ave., Northeast, on Oct. 7. According to a police report, two women used force and grabbed a man’s “groin and his buttocks multiple times in a very aggressive manner without his permission and without his consent.”

On Monday, police released surveillance footage showing one of the women grinding on the man, and the other woman holding and grabbing him.
