WASHINGTON — The 10 most expensive residential sales in the D.C. region in March ranged from a $3 million, four-bedroom house in Dupont Circle to a $5.7 million, newly constructed, seven-bedroom house in Cleveland Park.
The most expensive sale, at 3536 Springland Lane NW, comes with nine baths, 8,200 square feet, four levels, an elevator and a fireplace in the kitchen.
The home was designed by award-winning Barnes-Vanze Architects, according to its Zillow listing. It also sold for over list. The home was first listed in September 2016 for $4,975 million. The sale closed March 6, 2017, at $5,747,833.
