WASHINGTON – It’s always a good idea to keep your wits about you when surfing the Internet on a smartphone, especially while standing on a crowded street.
One New York woman learned this the hard way when a would-be thief snatched her phone and took off running down the street.
Witnesses sprang into action and chased the man down, reports the New York Post. He was detained until police arrived.
