WASHINGTON — A Manassas man is under arrest after allegedly stealing a snowplow truck, crashing into another car and fleeing the scene.
At around 7 p.m. Monday, Manassas City police officers witnessed a hit-and-run involving the truck near the intersection of Centerville Road and Liberia Avenue.
Police stopped the driver of the truck, which matched the description of a stolen truck in Fairfax County.
William Sanchez, 26, was arrested and charged with DUI, hit-and-run and refusing to submit to a test. He is being held without bond at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center.
No one was injured in the hit-and-run crash.
