WASHINGTON — Fire up your computers and smart TVs for a whole lot of nothing. The hit sitcom “Seinfeld” will be available for streaming on Hulu under a deal that will be revealed to advertisers on Thursday, The Wall Street Journal reports.
A source tells the Journal that Hulu paid about $700,000 per episode for the iconic “show about nothing,” and that Amazon and Yahoo also had bid for rights to the show.
Netflix reportedly had interest in the show, but instead signed to stream another ‘90s sitcom staple, “Friends.”
There is no word yet on when the streaming will begin.
