WASHINGTON — Forbes Magazine released its annual list of the world’s richest athletes Wednesday. It may come as a surprise that the highest-paid Major League Baseball player, Clayton Kershaw, doesn’t come in higher than 33 on the list. But the combination of international athletes and endorsement money shapes this list differently.
