WASHINGTON — One person is dead and another is in the hospital after a one-vehicle crash along the Baltimore-Washington Parkway late Monday night.
It happened around 11:15 p.m. Monday on the northbound side of the parkway near Route 198 in the area of Laurel, Maryland, a U.S. Park Police spokesman said.
All lanes were blocked until 6 a.m. Tuesday, as police investigated and crews cleared the crash overnight. There is no word yet on what caused the crash.
