WASHINGTON — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with an attack on a woman near a Metro station.
Prince George’s County police say the woman was sexually assaulted near the New Carrollton station just before 6:45 a.m. Thursday.
Detectives believe that the suspect followed the woman from the station to a business located on Garden City Drive in Landover, and that the attack took place inside the business.
Surveillance images have been released of the suspect, who is believed to be about 20 years old and 5 feet 11 inches tall.

Metro Transit Police also are working to identify the suspect.
