WASHINGTON – Police in Prince George’s County are asking for help finding a missing woman.
Seventy-six-year-old Carolyn Elizabeth Rabb was last seen in the 100 block of Sultan Avenue, near Emmet Street, in Capitol Heights, Maryland. She was last seen Tuesday.
Rabb is described as an African American woman, 5-feet-2-inches tall, weighing 105 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue scrubs, and operating a 2004 Mercedes Benz E-320, with Maryland license plates reading 8AP1349.
