WASHINGTON — A toddler is dead after an accident Saturday in Prince George’s County.
It happened just after noon at the intersection of Route 197 and Old Chapel Road in Bowie.
Prince George’s County Fire says a woman and a two-year-old child were hit by a van. The child died, and the woman is in serious condition.
It is unclear at this time if they were in a vehicle when the accident occurred.
