WASHINGTON — A man was found dead in his Fairmount Heights home on Tuesday morning; his car was found in the District hours later, and the police are calling it a homicide.
The Prince George’s County police say that they were called to a home on Woodhill Court, near Fairmont Heights High School, at about 8 a.m. and found Rafael Frazier, 31, who lived there, suffering from trauma. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Detectives say that Frazier’s car was missing from the home, and found it Tuesday evening in the District.
