SUNNYVALE, Calif. (AP) — SUNNYVALE, Calif. (AP) — Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Ltd. (AOSL) on Wednesday reported a loss of $77.1 million in its fiscal fourth quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Sunnyvale, California-based company said it had a loss of $2.58. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 2 cents per share.
The chipmaker posted revenue of $176.5 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $97 million, or $3.30 per share. Revenue was reported as $696.2 million.
For the current quarter ending in September, Alpha and Omega said it expects revenue in the range of $173 million to $193 million.
Alpha and Omega shares have fallen 29% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $26.20, a decline of 24% in the last 12 months.
