On a per-share basis, the Oakland, California-based company said it had a loss of 22 cents.
The online seller of secondhand clothing posted revenue of $73 million in the period.
For the current quarter ending in December, ThredUp said it expects revenue in the range of $67.2 million to $69.2 million.
The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $300 million to $302 million.
