A 24,000-square-foot Great Falls mansion reportedly bought in 2017 by a Saudi prince, but never lived in, is back on the market for $11.8 million.

Piper Yerks and The Yerks Team of Washington Fine Properties has the listing for Chateau de Lumiere, an eight-bedroom, 10.5-bath estate, with all the luxury fixings, set on 5.5 acres at 9641 Georgetown Pike. The home was designed and built by Mike Mafi of McLean’s The Building Group Inc.

“Inspired by the finest traditions of European architecture,” states the listing, the home is built from materials including custom brick, cast stone, slate roofing, glass mosaics, plaster molding and imported marble.
