Workforce development is starting earlier and earlier as companies invest more and more in the elementary school curriculum.
From the likes of Amazon to Northrop Grumman to Intel, companies are putting their money where their math is by backing STEM programs in schools across the region, in hopes of developing a deep workforce for the coming decades.
