The Bethesda estate of the late developer Albert H. Small, a 1.7-acre property that hasn’t been available for nearly six decades, has hit the market for $10.95 million.

The circa-1966 English-style mansion at 7116 Glenbrook Road, in the Edgemoor neighborhood, spans 12,205 square feet and features six bedrooms, seven full-baths, two half-baths and an attached two-car garage. Outside is a motor court with room for 15 vehicles, a swimming pool and pool house with large entertainment space, green clay tennis court lined with crepe myrtles, a gardener’s cottage, greenhouse, expansive gardens highlighted by a creek and Chippendale-style bridge, and a detached two-car garage with upper-level guest suite. 

The property is listed by Christie-Anne Weiss and Christopher Ritzert of Ritzert Weiss Partners at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty.
