Remember that McDonald’s (ticker: MCD) fitness tracker? That pedometer that was going to be available for four weeks, effectively promoting exercise as part of a Happy Meal? About that … it didn’t work out. Already.
The company said yesterday it would stop distributing the fitness trackers following reports that the devices could possibly lead to skin irritations. McDonald’s representative Terri Hickey tells the Associated Press that instead, the fast food chain is “offering our youngest guests an alternative Happy Meal toy.”
As if the chain wasn’t already being mocked for its new Happy Meal toy already…

McDonald’s recalling activity trackers they included in the Happy Meal. Nobody was using them. They should have called them the “Fit Brat”.
