(NEW YORK) — LeGarrette Blount, running back for the New England Patriots, is out for the rest of the season due to a left hip injury, a source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.
In Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans, Blount suffered the season-ending injury.
As a result, the Patriots decided to sign Montee Ball, a third-year player, reports ESPN.
