WASHINGTON — By now, everyone should know D.C. likes to binge-watch TV.
Ninety-one percent of local residents surveyed in the spring admitted to watching three or more consecutive hours of shows such as “Breaking Bad,” “House of Cards” and “Game of Thrones.”
But Facebook tells a slightly different story.
The social media giant has released a list of what TV shows and movies D.C. natives like the most on Facebook compared to other Americans.
When it comes to TV, “Steve Harvey” and “TMZ” take the No. 1 and No. 2 slots.
And what about movies?
“Superbad” and “The Color Purple” are the reigning champions.
The data is based on Facebook likes since January 2014. Facebook did not release data for Maryland or Virginia.
