INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Jeff Belskus will retire early next year as president and chief financial officer of Hulman & Company.
Belskus has not set a date for his departure. He says in a statement that he’s looking forward to the next chapter in his life.
Belskus began his 27-year career with the family company working for Indianapolis Motor Speedway in 1987 and eventually worked his way up to several major positions including a four-year tenure as president and CEO of the historic track. He also has served as CEO of the IndyCar Series, executive vice president and CEO of the Hulmans’ company.
Board chairwoman Mari Hulman George says Belskus has made “lasting contributions.”
Company CEO Mark Miles credits Belskus with presiding over a period of growth.
