WASHINGTON – News that an Arab country sent a woman to lead airstrikes over Syria apparently struck a chauvinistic chord with not only Islamic militants, but two Fox News personalities as well.
On the cable network’s show “The Five,” co-host Greg Gutfeld quipped about pilot Maj. Mariam al-Mansouri’s ability to park her fighter jet. And co-host Eric Bolling wondered “Would you consider that boobs on the ground?”
Their fellow host Kimberly Guilfoyle had shared al-Mansouri’s story, calling it “remarkable and very exciting….I hope that hurt extra bad for you, because in some Arab countries women can’t even drive.”
Al-Mansouri pilots for the United Arab Emirates.
Guilfoyle hung her head and told Gutfeld that he had ruined her moment.
