MARNE, Mich. (AP) — Grant Enfinger raced to his fifth victory of the year and first for GMS Racing, winning the ARCA Racing Series event Saturday night at Berlin Raceway.
“This one is huge for so many reasons,” Enfinger said. “Our crew chief, Ryan London lost his father-in-law this week. It’s a wonder he even made it here tonight, but it shows what a great leader he is of this team.”
Enfinger led 181 of 200 laps on the 0.438-mile track. He jumped from Team BCR to GMS Racing last month
Austin Wayne Self finished second for the second time in three weeks. Brennan Poole was third, followed by Kyle Weatherman and Tom Hessert.
Enfinger moved within 25 points of season leader Mason Mitchell, the pole winner who finished 10th.
