WASHINGTON — The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee has issued a subpoena for Secretary of State John Kerry to testify as part of the committee’s investigation into the 2012 attack against a U.S. diplomatic facility in Benghazi, Libya. The State Department has said Kerry is unable to appear May 29, and has offered alternative dates of June 12 or June 20.
