WASHINGTON – Some in Virginia are in the dark Sunday night.
At one point, nearly 3,500 Dominion Electric customers in Stafford County were without power. Most of them have been restored.
It’s unclear what exactly caused the outage, but Dominion Power says it’s working to turn electricity back on.
