WASHINGTON – Earlier this week, the NFL nation experienced the Rapping Mannings, so why not a beat-boxing RGIII as an encore?
Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III beat-boxes in a promo for a new documentary-style film about the rising star, which will air on ESPN Aug. 27.
The prime-time special, called “RGIII: The Will to Win,” features Griffin’s rookie season, which ended with a knee injury during a playoff game in January. It takes viewers through his surgery and rehabilitation and will conclude with the current preseason, according to an ESPN statement about the film.
