WASHINGTON – Police in Montgomery County are seeking the public’s help finding a missing Rockville woman.
Tonya Simms, 53, has paranoid schizophrenia and a heart ailment. She’s 53-years-old and described as African American. Simms is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs between 100 and 130 pounds.
Simms left a group home on Chadwick Lane around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday to go to another group home in Kemp Mill but didn’t arrive.
Her medical condition has police worried for her wellbeing.
Simms was last seen wearing a gray fitted cap, a black and white scarf, a brown coat with a fur collar, a multi-colored sweater and a blue button-down shirt.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Tonya Simms is asked to contact police.
