WASHINGTON – The Rolling Stones have yet to announce any new tour dates this year, but one of the other biggest names in rock and roll now has.
On his website, Paul McCartney has revealed the first two June dates of a planned world tour. This year’s tour will be called “Out There.”
The only catch is McCartney fans will have to get to Warsaw, Poland or Austria, Vienna. But the web post adds McCartney’s new tour will take him and his band around the world.
McCartney is expected to perform songs that span his entire career including as one of the Beatles.
Tickets for fans registered on McCartney’s blog go on sale at 9 a.m. Thursday. The general sale begins Friday.
