WASHINGTON – The rescheduled 26th Annual High Heel Race will take place Thursday night in the Dupont Circle area. Road closures begin at 6:30 p.m., and all roads are expected to be reopened by 11 p.m.
The following roads will be closed:
- 17th Street NW between P and S Streets
- Q Street NW between 16th and 18th Streets
- R Street NW between 16th and 18th Streets
- Corcoran Street NW between 16th and 18th Streets
- Church Street NW between 16th and 18th Streets
- Riggs Street NW between 16th and 17th Streets
If you are driving near the area expect a good deal of pedestrian traffic.
