WASHINGTON – A supporter slapped Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett Tuesday night after he conceded to Gov. Scott Walker in a recall election.
The woman was upset Barrett, a Democrat, conceded while people were still casting their ballots.

Walker defeated Democratic Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett on Tuesday for the second time in year and a half. Walker is the first governor to survive a recall vote.
