Shake #1
10 ounces water (or 10 ounces coconut water)
1 whole banana
1 tablespoon almond butter (can eliminate if food allergy)
3 whole strawberries
1-2 scoops of whey, pea or hemp protein
Blend and enjoy.
10 ounce rice milk
1/2 ripe mango
1-2 scoops of whey, pea or hemp protein
Blend and enjoy
10 ounces rice or nut milk
1 tablespoon chocolate powder
1 tablespoon honey (raw)
1 scoop protein powder
Blend and enjoy.
