WASHINGTON – One artist’s dead kitty is going to that special place in the sky.
No, literally.
Bart Jansen has taken his art to a whole new level, after turning his dead cat into a remote-controlled helicopter.
The Dutchman dubbed the device the “Orvillecopter” after the cat’s namesake, historic aviator Orville Wright.
“After a period of mourning, he received his propellers posthumously,” Jansen told NYDailyNews.com.
The late feline’s flight capabilities are still a little shaky, Jansen says. He plans to add a more powerful motor and larger propellers soon.
