WASHINGTON – Domestic violence has been a hot button issue recently after musician Chris Brown performed at the 2012 Grammys only three years after he was arrested for assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna.
Reaction was mixed on Twitter.
Critics argued against the Grammys’ decision to celebrate Brown during the show given his history of domestic violence. Some of his fans tweeted back in defense of his performance and his character. One fan tweeting, “Chris Brown can beat me anytime.”
