County Sheriff’s Office detective posing as a customer.

Liexiu Luo, 53, of Flushing, was arrested Thursday at the Econo Lodge on Francis Scott Key Drive. Luo is charged with four counts of prostitution and two counts of fourth-degree sex offense, authorities said.

A detective received a complaint about possible prostitution taking place in a specific room at the motel, according to charging documents filed in Frederick County District Court.

His research led him to a website known for advertising sex services; he called the number on the site to set up a meeting.

A woman the detective spoke to told him the services would cost $70 for a massage and $170 for full service. He was directed to the motel and told to call again when he arrived.

When the detective went into the room and told Luo he wanted full service, she grabbed his groin and asked if he was a police officer, the documents state. When he said he wasn’t, she exposed herself and asked for the money.

After receiving the money, Luo exposed herself again, at which time deputies entered the room and arrested her. Deputies seized $630 and a laptop from the room.

Luo was released from the Frederick County Adult Detention Center after posting $5,000 bail, according to court records.
