Daniels scores 32 as New Hampshire downs UMass-Lowell 89-73

LOWELL, Mass. (AP) — Clarence O. Daniels II’s 32 points led New Hampshire over UMass-Lowell 89-73 on Saturday night.

Daniels had 12 rebounds for the Wildcats (13-8, 5-3 America East Conference). Jaxson Baker added 28 points while shooting 9 for 17 (5 for 11 from 3-point range) and 5 of 5 from the free throw line, and he also had seven rebounds. Ahmad Robinson had 11 points and was 5 of 18 shooting (1 for 4 from 3-point range).

Quinton Mincey led the way for the River Hawks (15-6, 6-2) with 25 points, two steals and three blocks. Max Brooks added 14 points, nine rebounds and two blocks for UMass-Lowell. In addition, Ayinde Hikim had 12 points, five assists and two steals.
