Md. construction worker seriously injured after falling through roof

WASHINGTON — A construction worker in Montgomery County was seriously injured after falling through a roof in Germantown, Maryland, on Wednesday.

An official from Montgomery County Fire and Rescue said the accident happened a little after 9 a.m. on the 13100 block of Wonderland Way.

The man fell more than 40 feet. His injuries were described as “serious” but not life-threatening.
