WASHINGTON – Montgomery County police are searching for a 65-year-old man who has been missing since Tuesday morning.
Ayalew Ishete from the 1900 block of Rosemary Hills Drive in the Woodside neighborhood of Silver Spring was last seen at about 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Ishete has Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes and does not speak, according to police.
He is described as a black man about 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a light blue, long-sleeve shirt with brown pants and brown shoes.
Also, police say he walks with a cane and may be wearing prescription glasses.
