WASHINGTON — Maryland Natural Resources Police say they have recovered the body of a boater who has been missing since his boat capsized Sunday afternoon off Kent Island.
Four of Javier Sotello’s family members were also hurt in the incident in the Chesapeake Bay.

A 7-year-old girl was killed on the opposite side of the island Sunday when a racing boat lost control and crashed into a crowd of spectators at the annual Thunder on the Narrows event.
