Police looking for missing 10-year-old boy in D.C.

WASHINGTON — The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a critical missing person identified as Ridwan Eliassou-Maman, 10.

He was last seen on Sunday, March 13, 2016, at approximately 12:30 a.m. in the Unit block of Nicholson Street, Northwest.

Ridwan Eliassou-Maman is described as a black male, 4’0” tall, 30 to 40 pounds, black short-cut hair, brown eyes, with a dark complexion.  He was last seen wearing grey basketball shorts with red striping along the sides.  Ridwan is not  wearing  a shirt  and  is bare foot. Ridwan speaks and understands French.
