The Hunt: Spy agency went after ISIS using cyber — what does that mean?

WASHINGTON — GCHQ, a British spy agency, said recently that it took the unprecedented step of launching a cyberattack against ISIS.

In this week’s edition of The Hunt with WTOP national security correspondent J.J. Green, Robin Simcox, the Margaret Thatcher Fellow at the Heritage Foundation, says this was a significant development.
