WASHINGTON — A man is in custody after police said he shot and killed another man following a dispute Thursday night in Great Falls, Virginia.
Manvinder Aulakh, 22, of McLean, has been charged with murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, Fairfax County police said.
The shooting happened around 7:40 p.m. Thursday at Vapology101 in the 10100 block of Colvin Run Road. Officers found the victim, 21-year-old Bao Hung Van of Herndon, dead at the scene.
