DC man arrested on multiple burglary charges

WASHINGTON — Police arrested a D.C. man on charges of multiple burglaries.

Fifty-seven-year-old Phillip Andrew Lomax of Southeast would enter an office building after business hours, go to individual offices in the building, take property and flee, a news release said.

He was arrested on May 19 on burglary charges committed between May 12 to May 15 in the 1900 block of L Street Northwest.

Further investigation led to additional 21 counts of burglary in the 1st and 2nd districts from Jan. 2 to May 16.
