Jeff Bezos to move to same DC neighborhood as Obamas, Ivanka Trump

WASHINGTON — Can D.C.’s Kalorama neighborhood get any hotter?

The Obama family will move to Kalorama when they leave the White House.

Soon-to-be first daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner, who will become a senior White House adviser, are also moving to Kalorama, NBC Washington reports.

Now, Amazon founder and Washington Post owner Jeff Bezos also has bought a home in Kalorama, The Washington Post reports.

And this one is extra special.

The nearly 27,000-square-foot property is the largest home in D.C., and used to house the Textile Museum.

The Post reports the home in the 2300 block of S Street Northwest sold in October for $23 million.

The home boasts 10 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms and 11 fireplaces.
