WASHINGTON — The Smithsonian is making it a little easier to get into the National Museum of African American History and Culture.
Beginning next Monday, the museum will make free, same-day passes available online, rather than requiring visitors to line up in person.
Some people will be allowed to walk up and enter after 1 p.m., depending on how large the crowds are.
More than 600,000 people have visited the museum since it opened Sept. 24.
