WASHINGTON (AP) — A 15-year-old boy has been charged in connection with a shooting at a McDonald’s near the Verizon Center in D.C.
D.C. police said Monday that the teen was arrested Saturday on charges of assault and intent to kill.
The shooting happened Friday morning. When authorities arrived at the scene, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the face. He was taken to the hospital and is currently listed in serious but stable condition.
Authorities released video showing three persons of interest. No other arrests have been made.
The investigation is ongoing.
