Multiple suspects wanted in DC robbery, used stolen credit card

WASHINGTON — Four people were caught on camera using a credit card linked to a robbery in Northwest D.C., police say.

The robbery occurred around 10:55 p.m. June 9 on the 6700 block of Piney Branch Road Northwest, according to D.C. police. Six suspects approached the victim on the sidewalk and assaulted him, taking his phone, credit cards, laptop and personal identification. The suspects ran off, heading northbound.

Afterwards, four people were caught on camera buying merchandise at a store using the victim’s credit card.
