Metropolitan police ask for help in search for critical missing person, 13

WASHINGTON — The D.C. police are seeking the public’s help in finding  13-year-old Skyy Amari Young, who has been missing since Thursday morning.

Police say Young, whom they list as a critical missing person, was last seen on about 7 a.m. Thursday  in the 1400 block of Alabama Avenue, in Southeast.

She is described as black, 5-foot-6, 160 pounds, black curly braids, and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a blue jean jacket, blue jeans, brown Ugg boots and a black baseball cap with a pom-pom on the top.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Skyy Amari Young is asked to call the Metropolitan Police Department at (202) 727-9099, the Youth and Family Services Division at 202-576-6768, or 911.
