Suspect sought in Northeast D.C. homicide

WASHINGTON — Police are asking for help finding a suspect who is wanted in connection with a homicide in Northeast Washington last month.

Police say they are looking for Cimerron Kennedy, of Southeast D.C., on a charge of second degree murder while armed in connection with the Oct. 22 stabbing death of 19-year-old Eric Jones.

Kennedy is described as being 24 years old, standing 5-feet-4-inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.

A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered to anyone who provides information that leads to an arrest and conviction. Call police at 202-727-9099 if you have any information about the investigation.
